At Cake Poppers Etc., we are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted treats. Please review our policies before placing your order.
Order Lead Time
All orders should be placed at least two (2) weeks in advance.
Orders requested within one week may be accepted based on availability and will incur a $25 rush fee.
Minimum Order Requirements
Certain items require a minimum of two (2) dozen per order.
Flavor variety is available for orders of three dozen or more.
Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all orders.
The remaining balance must be paid one (1) week prior to pickup.
Orders not paid in full by the due date may be canceled.
Cancellations & Changes

Last-minute changes are not guaranteed
Pickup Policy
Orders must be picked up at the scheduled time in Silver Spring (EYDMV at Wheaton Mall).
We are not responsible for damage once the order has been picked up.
Storage & Freshness

Store in a cool, dry place

Refrigerate or freeze if needed

Allow treats to return to room temperature before serving
