Tasha Brooks is the Founder and Lead Baker/Curator of Cake Poppers Etc., a dessert brand built on creativity, celebration, and connection. Her journey began in 2012 when she made cake pops for her daughter’s birthday party. What started as a simple act of love quickly sparked a passion that grew into years of experimenting, creating, and perfecting sweet treats.
Driven by joy, storytelling, and community, Tasha curates desserts that are as meaningful as they are delicious. From cake pops to cookies and beyond, each creation reflects her belief that desserts should do more than satisfy a craving; they should create moments, memories, and experiences worth savoring.
Riyahuana Headley, Junior Popper
Riyahuana Headley is the Junior Popper and Assistant at Cake Poppers Etc., where she supports daily operations as both an intern and a visionary. Joining the team in late 2025, Riyahuana quickly became an integral part of the brand, bringing fresh ideas, creativity, and a strong work ethic to every task she touches.
With a natural eye for innovation and a willingness to learn the business from the ground up, she plays a key role in supporting production, prep, and the overall dessert experience.
